The HCRA is committed to ensuring that consumers have as much information as possible about the steps in the home buying journey, to help support informed decisions.
This includes guidelines on working with a builder – what should be the consumer’s expectations of their builder, and what are reasonable expectations for the builder to have of the consumer.
All of this material is being presented in a way that will be easily navigated and understood by consumers, recognizing that most new home buyers will never have done this before.
